WILLIAM HANS OEI (Esq., J.D.)
Mr. Oei [pronounced (oi) as in "oy vey"] received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, one of the top law schools in the country. He advises clients on all aspects of estate planning including living trusts, wills, probate avoidance, guardianships for minors, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. Mr. Oei also handles asset protection, business formation, and probate. He has written legal articles in various publications and is a frequent lecturer and presenter on various aspects of estate law.
R. MICHAEL WALTERS (Of Counsel)
Mr. Walters received his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego. He practices in the area of estate planning. Mr. Walters has made appearances on "The Leeza Gibbons Show", hosted his own radio show ("Law Talk with R. Michael Walters"), and has taught continuing education classes for estate planning attorneys.
